• Supervise activation team and responsible for leading team in consumer activations.
• Pathfinder – seek approvals and necessary licenses to book locations for consumer activations.
• Develop route plans for on-ground activities targeted to potential consumers.
• Considers how actions or plans will affect customers, respond quickly to meet customer needs and resolve the problems.
• Implements effective ways to monitor and evaluate customer concerns, issues and satisfaction and anticipate customer needs.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

1. Bachelor degree in Marketing or related fields.
2. At least 2 year experiences in marketing, sale or promotion.
3. Marketing Planning, identification of customer needs and challenges, market knowledge, professionalism, leadership skill.
4. Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skill.
5. Be result-oriented, initiative, honest, high commitment, positive mindset, team player.
6. Be able to use English communication and writing skills.
7. Microsoft office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email.
